Fatboy Classic Green Guard Set. I build these as close as i can get to the old 62 vintage pickups that were found fitted into the old nitro green guards. I put a small bevel onto the Alnico V .195" magnets, fit them into black fibre board flatwork using the vintage stagger and seal with lacquer. They are then wound by hand using 42 gauge Heavy Formvar wire with a tight vintage winding pattern. The sets are wound to @6.1K-6.3K with the middle pickup RW/RP for hum cancel in positions 2&4. Each pickup is then dipped in a mixture of Isle of Wight beeswax and paraffin to encapsulate the coil.

Classic 62 Single coil tone, Hollow, tight snappy bottom end with creamy bell tone highs.

All sets come as NOS with cream covers, screws, rubber spacers, wiring instructions and warrenty card.
